By commissioning me, you agree the following:
Refund policy:
✧Refunds are only offered if the commission isn't completed in a 4 months time period (or the time set by the client and the artist) after half the payment was made.
✧You may not request a refund before the time period is up.
✧You may not request a refund if "you do not like the final product", i will give a good amount of chances to edit your commission.
Commission progress:
✧You can contact me via dms, as long as my commissions are open, in Twitter or Discord, I can also give my email if that is what you prefer.
✧Once you have reached out, please give me as much detail as possible and send references of what you want.
✧Before the first half of the payment is received, i will make a vague sketch of your commission.
✧Once the sketch approved, the first half of the payment will be sent.
✧I will give normally 3 revisions.
✧I will send updates of the sketch, the flat colors and once it's shaded. You can also request to see the progress on the piece.
✧During the process I frequently update the progress on Trello so you can know how far along the making I am.
✧If you have any questions, please go ahead and contact me about it! Of course do not spam me.
Legal usage:
✧You may not use any of my art for commercial use if you haven't paid a commercial/merch fee. Emotes used on Twitch/Discord are okay, you cannot re-sell any item to anyone in any case.
✧You may not remove my watermark.
✧You may not edit my art work in any shape or form, unless I allowed it.
✧Credit me on any platform where you use my art. (ex: pfp on twitter, credit me in your bio)
✧I do not mind being credited with an actual tag on social media.
✧If you want to keep a commission confidential please say so at the beginning of the process since it might be streamed or share on my discord server.
✧You agree to me using your commission for posts advertising my commission work or using it to show other clients examples of my work.
